The International Keratoconus Academy (IKA) of Eye Care Professionals will host its 4th Annual IKA Keratoconus Symposium on December 12, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt DFW Airport, in Dallas. The Symposium, aimed at optometrists, ophthalmologists, residents, and fellows, will focus on interventional keratoconus and epithelium-on cross-linking. According to IKA, this year’s focus reflects the organization’s commitment to providing a comprehensive understanding of keratoconus, while highlighting the multidisciplinary collaboration required to provide the best possible patient outcomes.
Educational sessions will focus on early disease detection, advanced corneal imaging, corneal biomechanics, corneal cross-linking, specialty contact lens management, surgical decision-making, postoperative care, and future innovations.
Additionally, participants will have opportunities to engage directly with faculty during interactive discussions, and network with colleagues who share their commitment to excellence in corneal and specialty contact lens care for these patients.
Continuing education credit is expected through COPE and CME accreditation.
