Advanced Medical Optics, Inc. has released Blink GelTears and Blink Tears Preservative-Free. The company says that Blink GelTears features a more viscous formula than Blink Tears that's specially designed for moderate-to-severe dry eye patients. Blink GelTears also provides longer-lasting relief for daytime and nighttime use, adapts to an individual's dry eye needs, restores the tear film with every blink and improves tear film stability, according to AMO.
