NOVABAY LAUNCHES EYELID WIPES AND EYE VITAMIN

NovaBay Pharmaceuticals announced the launch of NovaWipes, which the company says is a dry, soft, hypoallergenic, and absorbable wipe for use in applying Avenova. Their multi-layer construction provides maximum absorption, and their woven structure means that they won’t pull apart like ordinary cotton rounds or balls, according to the company. NovaBay also says that NovaWipes are larger compared to the average cotton round, providing more surface area for dabbing and blotting. NovaWipes are available on Amazon.com in the United States in a 30-count package for $5.99.

NovaBay also recently launched NovaSight, a proprietary daily vitamin and mineral supplement that the company says is specially formulated to support ocular health. NovaBay says that NovaSight is a companion product to Avenova Direct, NovaBay’s prescription-strength lid and lash spray available on Amazon.com without a prescription.

NovaSight contains 23 active ingredients, more than twice the number of a leading branded eye vitamin and mineral supplement and more than three times as many as other popular eye brands, according to the company. X-CEL ANNOUNCES CUSTOMIZABLE EXPANSION TO ATLANTIS SCLERAL LINE

X-Cel Specialty Contacts is extending its Atlantis Scleral product line. The expansion offers the ability to independently adjust the central sag (up to 200 microns in 50-micron steps) as well as quadrant-specific landing zone options (up to 250 microns in each quadrant in 25-micron steps) and quadrant-specific limbal vault zone options. CooperVision announced that it is expanding the parameters of its Clariti 1 Day Toric lens. Available now are around-the-clock axes for certain sphere and cylinder powers.
