ABB Optical Group announced the finalists for the 11th Annual Optometry Student Challenge. Six students will showcase their research posters during an interactive webinar scheduled for December 11 at 8 PM ET. Alongside expert judges, webinar attendees will have the opportunity to cast votes for their favorite submissions, contributing to the final winner selection.
The Optometry Student Challenge will award travel grants of $1,500 each to 3 winning students selected from the finalists. These third- or fourth-year optometry students will attend the 2026 Global Specialty Lens Symposium (GSLS) taking place January 7-10, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they will present their award-winning scientific posters.
