Diffusion Optics Technology (DOT) myopia control spectacle lenses by SightGlass Vision are now available for early access in the United Kingdom. According to the company, the glasses are designed to use contrast management to help fight the growing epidemic of childhood myopia. Specifically, DOT integrates thousands of light scattering elements called dots that mimic more natural contrast at all distances.
