Lumenis announced the launch of OptiLIFT, a device that uses dynamic muscle stimulation technology (DMSt) to tone facial muscles to improve lower lid laxity and impaired blinking.

OptiLIFT’s DMSt works by activating the periorbital muscles with electrical impulses, causing them to tighten and increase their tone. It is built with a radio frequency component that precisely delivers heat to skin layers to enhance collagen formation. OptiLIFT also has an optional micro-needling upgrade, which uses ultrathin needles and a double radiofrequency mechanism.
