Sight Sciences Inc. announced that Gerhard (Gary) F. Burbach was appointed to the company’s board of directors on April 21. Burbach will serve as a Class II director with a term expiring at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Burbach is a member of the board of directors and chair of the compensation committee of BWX Technologies and chairman of the board of directors of Procyrion Inc.
